Woosong University Hosts Special Cooking Lectures with Renowned Chefs

Woosong University in Daejeon, South Korea, recently hosted special lectures featuring professors from Spain's prestigious CETT-UB university. The lectures, held on the 7th and 8th, included demonstrations of over 20 cooking techniques aimed at students from the Global Culinary Arts Department. Earlier in April, Woosong had invited a famous chef from Italy's renowned culinary school, ALMA, for lectures on risotto, course meals, and desserts. The Global Culinary Arts Department at Woosong University collaborates with leading culinary schools worldwide to offer students exposure to traditional dishes, the latest trends, and innovative cooking techniques, enhancing their global competitiveness and creativity.
