The musical 'Werther,' based on Goethe's classic 'The Sorrows of Young Werther,' returns for its 25th anniversary season in South Korea. This beloved Korean production is staged at the D-Cube Link Arts Center in Seoul until March. The musical tells the poignant story of Werther's unrequited love for Charlotte in a small German town. With a romantic stage adorned with sunflowers, the production features sensitive direction by Cho Kwang-hwa and a talented cast including Eom Ki-joon, Yang Yo-seop, and Kim Min-seok in the title role. The show is known for its beautiful music and moving performances, attracting both long-time fans and newcomers. The performance runs for a total of 165 minutes, including a 20-minute intermission.
