Composer and music director Kim Sung-su is set to perform his solo concert '23 Live' on June 28-29 at Blue Square in Seoul, celebrating his stage name '23' and his 23rd debut anniversary. Known for his work on the Netflix series 'Squid Game' and variety show 'Physical 100', Kim will showcase a diverse musical range, featuring electronic music, classical arrangements, and musical theater pieces. He aims to present an artist's image beyond his role as a music director and will debut some tracks from his upcoming EP album. Kim revealed the story behind the popular 'Squid Game' theme 'Pink Soldiers', stating it was designed to express 'disorder' and initially met with mixed reactions until fellow music director Jeong Jae-il recognized its potential. His career spans working on diverse projects including musicals, pop albums, and traditional performances, and he's currently working on 'Physical: Asia' for Netflix. Kim's concert will be structured around themes of entropy, resonance, symmetry, and silence.
