The 2025 World Ramen Festival has launched in Busan, bringing together a selection of instant noodles from countries like Thailand and Indonesia. The event, held at the Osiria Tourist Complex, features ramen brands from over 15 countries along with various activities such as a 'Michelin Brand Awards', a cooking competition called 'Ramen Cooking King', and a tasting tournament named 'Ramen Fighter'. The festival goes until the 11th and highlights ramen as a global food phenomenon beyond just a simple quick meal. On Children's Day eve, the festival also entertained with magic shows and fashion shows, drawing diverse audiences. Finalists from the busking music competition occurring during the festival will compete on the last day, the 11th.
