Boseong Daehan Dawon is known as the largest green tea plantation in Korea, stretching over 560,000 square meters with about 5.7 million tea plants. This picturesque tea field, draped like a green carpet, is most beautiful in May when the tea shoots are at their freshest and greenest. Visitors can take a leisurely walk along the terraced trails that follow the hills and slopes, enjoy the serene sight of endless green that soothes the eyes and soul, and even see the distant sea from an observatory. Additionally, the site offers a tea cafe where one can taste freshly brewed Boseong green tea and try green tea ice cream, making it a peaceful retreat that promises relaxation and rejuvenation.
