The musical 'Aegibong' is set to premiere in February 2024 at Gimpo Art Hall. Produced by the theater group GONGYEON BAEDAL SERVICE GANDA and Gimpo Cultural Foundation, the show is part of a local arts initiative. Set during Korea's Joseon Dynasty and inspired by the Aegibong folklore, which involves themes of romance and separation due to war, this creative performance is enriched with diverse musical styles like Korean traditional music (Gugak) and trot. Spectacular performances including traditional Korean spinning hat dances and breakdancing are also featured.
