Art Basel Introduces New 'Art Basel Awards'

Art Basel, a renowned art fair, has launched a new award program called 'Art Basel Awards' in partnership with German fashion brand BOSS. This global initiative aims to highlight innovative visions and influential creators in the art world. The first awards will recognize 36 winners across 9 categories from an initial pool of 120 nominees, selected by an international jury led by Vincenzo de Bellis, the Exhibition Platform and Fair Director of Art Basel. This new program focuses on the impact and expansion of art from studios to broader society, with a summit to showcase the winners being planned.
