This exhibition highlights Choi's life and achievements as a pioneer who established a livelihood on Dokdo, demonstrating effective control over the island. Choi, originally from Pyeongan Province, was a fisherman and innovator who developed new fishing methods and constructed shelter for workers on the island. The exhibition features a replica of the fisherman shelter, diving equipment models, and personal artifacts of Choi. The exhibition aims to educate visitors about Choi's contributions to securing Dokdo as a vital part of Korea. The term 'Eobujiyong' is derived from an ancient Korean saying that refers to the brave spirit of a fisherman unafraid of water.
