The National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MMCA) in Korea is collaborating with the National Gallery Singapore to celebrate the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between South Korea and Singapore and Children's Day. The exhibition 'Tomorrow We' runs from November 1st, 2023 to February 18th, 2026, at the Children's Museum in Gwacheon (a city in South Korea).
Featuring themes like joy, care, love, and dreams, it includes various artistic experiences. Artists from both Korea and Singapore, including Min Ae Kim, Hyun Sun Jeon, and Yeseung Lee, present interactive artworks focusing on these themes. Additionally, Delia & Milenko Prvacki from Singapore explore the theme of love through tactile sculptures.
Children are invited to engage with installations by drawing, exploring, and imagining through interactive digital kiosks and art workshops. There are also special programs and workshops available during weekends, Children's Day, and summer holidays. Details can be found on the MMCA website.
