Lee Sang-min, a South Korean TV personality, revealed in the SBS show 'My Ugly Duckling' that his panic disorder has worsened, leading him to take over ten pills a day. Diagnosed with panic disorder since 2014, Lee's symptoms intensified after stressful events, such as a breakup and financial troubles. Despite efforts to reduce medication, he experienced severe panic attacks. He mentioned that these difficulties were exacerbated by his mother's passing and being rejected by a half-brother. A mental health professional advised Lee to consider exposure therapy, a treatment designed to help patients confront anxiety-inducing situations to lessen their fear over time.
