Additionally, acidic foods like lemons and tomato sauce can cause aluminum to leach into the food, potentially altering taste and posing health risks. Cooking certain foods wrapped in aluminum, such as potatoes, can also result in undesired moisture retention. While the harmfulness of aluminum foil usage is debatable, it's advised to avoid using it with acidic foods or for prolonged storage.
