Dongwon Industries has opened a pop-up sushi store at The Hyundai Seoul in Yeouido, featuring popular Japanese sushi chef Koji Nakamura. The store offers various sushi dishes, including 'Saba Bou Sushi', 'Chirashi Sushi', 'Futomaki', and 'Bluefin Tuna Sushi'. Koji Nakamura, who runs a successful omakase (chef's choice) sushi restaurant and has a YouTube channel 'Koji TV' with 400,000 subscribers, is bringing his skills to the event, which runs until May 1st. A similar pop-up at Hyundai Department Store Apgujeong recently sold out, showing high consumer interest. Dongwon aims to promote high-quality seafood through such events and collaborations with renowned chefs.
