The Uljin Coast Guard has issued a safety warning for potential coastal accidents due to strong east winds and high waves expected from the morning of the 23rd. The Coast Guard plans to patrol the shore and discourage access to fishing spots. Additionally, Uljin County will host the 'Dorip (Aralia elata, a type of plant) Festival' from the 25th to the 27th in Geumgangsong-myeon, featuring activities like plant picking, cooking, and music.
