Pulmuone Foods has relaunched its vegan-certified ramen, 'Roasting Jeongmyeon,' under its plant-based food brand 'Pulmuone Earth Diet'. Originally launched in 2020, Roasting Jeongmyeon has become a flagship vegan ramen (dried noodles) product. Using only plant-based ingredients, its rich and deep flavor is achieved through Pulmuone’s 'HTT Roasting Method', which highlights the unique taste of 12 vegetables, soy-based broth, and other plant ingredients to mimic a savory meat broth. The renewed product aims to strengthen its presence among vegan consumers and flexitarians. It boasts calories 100 kcal lower than typical fried noodles and comes with intuitive packaging showing 'Vegan Certification'. Pulmuone aims to offer sustainable value with this product as a leading vegan ramen in Korea.
