Gyeonggi Province to Host National Cooking Contest with Soybeans

Gyeonggi Agricultural Research & Extension Services is calling for participants for the 3rd National Cooking Contest focusing on soybeans, to be held in June. This event aims to promote the 'Kangpung' soybean variety and discover creative recipes. The contest is divided into categories for college students and adults over 19, with options to cook in teams of up to two. Participants can choose themes such as soybean dishes or baking. Preliminary selections will be made through recipe evaluations, with finals set for June 19 and 20 in Suwon. Winners will receive awards and prizes totaling 5 million KRW.
