Taebaek City to Host Play 'The Story of Seon-nyeo' in May

Taebaek City, in Gangwon Province, South Korea, is celebrating Family Month in May with a special theatrical performance of 'The Story of Seon-nyeo' on May 9th at 7 PM at the Taebaek Culture and Arts Center. The play, originally performed in Seoul's Daehakro (a popular theater district), tells the touching story of a mother's love as her mischievous son returns for her funeral. The play is suitable for middle school students and older, with tickets priced at 10,000 KRW (approximately $9 USD). Discounts are available for members of the 'Culture Love' program starting April 22nd, and general sales begin on April 23rd through Interpark and at the venue.
