Joan Kim, an artist, will hold a solo exhibition titled 'Space Dot' at Gallery ALL in Insadong, Seoul, from April 23 to 29. The exhibition delves into the boundary between reality and the unconscious, exploring the innate human nature and unconscious world through a complex process of accumulation and dispersal. By visualizing abstract dots and lines, Kim attempts to reflect the flow and energy of the unconscious. Her works aim to create a serene space where time and space are both defied and discovered, ultimately leading to the encounter with one's universe and self. Joan Kim, who graduated from Chung-Ang University and further pursued master's studies at Hankyong National University, actively participates in international art exchanges and exhibitions. Her artwork, deeply connected to self-exploration and the subconscious, poses questions about inner anxiety and desires, offering profound empathy to the viewers.
