HiteJinro, a well-known South Korean beverage company, has announced that it will continue its 'Snack Truck of Gratitude' initiative. This project, which began in 2020, is a show of appreciation for the nation's firefighters, with the company delivering snacks directly to fire stations across South Korea. From April to October 2023, the initiative will target around 1,800 firefighters across 15 fire stations, particularly focusing on those who responded to recent incidents like the Muan Airport accident and a wildfire in Gyeongbuk. The snacks, including items like cube steak and churros, are accompanied by gifts such as special mugs and figurines. The CEO of HiteJinro, Kim In-kyu, emphasized their commitment to honoring firefighters' dedication and plans to continue similar supportive activities.
