Hyundai Department Store in Cheongju is hosting the 'Cheongju Bread Bread Festa' from the 18th to the 24th of this month at its food court. The event will feature 12 renowned local dessert and bakery brands from Cheongju, including Our Bakery, Jangmi Yangwa, and Daremokjang. Visitors can earn stamps by purchasing from five participating brands and receive a complimentary jar of Bonne Maman jam and a bread-shaped balloon. Any unsold goods will be donated to a local food bank to support underprivileged children and elderly living alone. The store emphasizes collaboration with local businesses to highlight Cheongju's reputation as a 'dessert city.'
