Spring Royal Cultural Festival to Enliven Seoul Palaces

Starting next weekend, Seoul's palaces will host the ‘Spring Royal Cultural Festival’ from April 26 to May 4. This is the largest national heritage festival, featuring traditional cultural events. This year, the festival will expand foreigner-targeted programs, including workshops on Korean traditional crafts and fashion (Hanbok), as well as offering special programs like ‘Emperor's Table’, where participants can taste imperial cuisine with historical insights delivered in English. Highlights include the opening ceremony on April 25 with a theme of 'It's a Flower!', symbolizing resilience and hope. A grand musical performance by 100 artists will be held at Gyeongbokgung Palace.
