Daejeon City Dance Company to Stage Swing Dance Performance

The Daejeon City Dance Company will hold its 77th regular performance 'Inyeon (Connection) - Family Portrait II' on April 25th and 26th at the Daejeon Yeonjeong Gugak Center. This creative dance drama reimagines the 2022 performance and is set against the backdrop of the March 8th Democratic Protest in the 1960s in Daejeon. The story of the young photographer 'Gwi-dong' and high school student 'Sun-hee' unfolds through dance, including a recreation of the swing dance popular among youths at the time. The performance aims to bring a vivid depiction of contemporary emotions and is directed by Kim Pyung-ho. Tickets are available for 20,000 won, 10,000 won, and 5,000 won, depending on seating.
