Lotte Hotel Seoul is hosting a pop-up store featuring desserts by notable Japanese star patissier Toshihiko Yoroizuka. It runs from April 18-27 at Seoul Lotte Department Store and the hotel's deli. The patissier, known for his 40-year career in Japan and Europe, showcases seasonal fruit cakes and sakura-themed desserts including 'Sakura Mont Blanc' and 'Sakura Cup'. In addition to cakes, breads like 'Ratatouille Croque Monsieur' and 'Mentaiko Baguette' are available.
