A new art exhibition, 'From Monet to Andy Warhol,' will be held at the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts in Seoul from May 16 to August 31. After successful displays in Gyeongju, Busan, and Jeju, attracting over 200,000 visitors, the exhibition will showcase 143 major artworks from the Johannesburg Art Gallery, featuring renowned Western artists such as Claude Monet, Vincent van Gogh, Pablo Picasso, and Andy Warhol. The exhibition is organized into nine sections, covering major art movements from the 17th century to the 20th century, allowing visitors to explore the intersection of South African art identity and European art trends. The event includes unique exhibition designs, free audio guides by star docents, and educational materials to enhance understanding of Western art history.
