Ticket Hoarding Scandal at Colosseum Unveiled

Italian authorities have imposed a fine of €20 million on CoopCulture and six major travel agencies for hoarding Colosseum entry tickets using bots. CoopCulture also secured tickets in bulk for their tour packages, making it challenging for regular visitors to purchase tickets at standard prices. Instead, they had to buy more expensive tour options. This unfair practice has been investigated since last year, revealing why Colosseum tickets were consistently sold out quickly.
