The creative group 'Go If There' will present its new 2025 creation, a mask play rendition of Shakespeare's 'Twelfth Night', at the Earthlings Art Hall from April 16th to 20th. This performance promises artistic innovation by amplifying the comedic elements of Shakespeare's original work through mask theater, offering spectators a unique theatrical experience. Directed by Baek Nam-young, a professor at Chung-Ang University's Theatre Department, the play creatively uses masks and actors' movements to enthrall the audience. It portrays themes of separation, romance, misunderstanding, and hidden truths with masks that bring the comedy's misunderstandings and romantic fervor to life even more vividly than real faces. 'Go If There' has pioneered mask theater in Korea, earning accolades in both domestic and international theater festivals.
