Jaeneung Cultural Foundation is hosting a performance by flutist Jo Sung-hyun and pianist Moon Jae-won at the JCC Arts Center Concert Hall on April 17th. The 'Jaeneung Hyehwa Matinee' series, started in 2015, offers monthly morning art performances on the third Thursday, featuring a range of genres including classical music, jazz, and traditional Korean music (gugak). Jo Sung-hyun, recognized as a rising star in the Korean wind music scene, is the principal flutist at Germany's Gürzenich Orchestra. Moon Jae-won, who debuted at Sydney Opera House at age 12, has received acclaim from various international piano competitions. They will perform pieces by composers such as Gabriel Fauré, Beethoven, and Schumann. Tickets are priced at 30,000 KRW and available through Interpark and the JCC Arts Center website.
