Changnyeong County in South Korea has announced that the 20th Nakdong River Rapeseed Blossom Festival will be postponed from April 10-13 to a reduced three-day event from April 18-20, due to recent large-scale wildfires. Known as one of the country's representative spring flower festivals, it features the largest single area of blossoms in the nation, equivalent to 150 soccer fields. Although the festival typically offers various performances and activities, this year will see a significant reduction in programs such as the cancellation of the Black Eagles Airshow. The event is expected to proceed in a solemn and respectful atmosphere. Changnyeong County has promised to manage operations, including traffic control, to avoid inconvenience for visitors.
