Haitai Ice has launched Bravo Vanilla Light, an ice cream with 60% less sugar using allulose, and a calorie count of 205 kcal. The packaging design has more muted colors to emphasize a lighter feeling. Haitai aims to introduce more low-spec ice cream products, starting with their Bravo Cone brand.
