Chuncheon World Puppet Festival Celebrates Unity in Art

The Chuncheon World Puppet Festival has unveiled its official poster for the upcoming 24th UNIMA Congress & World Puppet Festival, set to begin next month. The festival, which highlights themes of unity across age, gender, and race through dynamic and colorful visuals, aims to promote the global art of puppetry. Recently, the festival was also selected for a government-supported project to boost cultural exchanges. From May 23 to June 1, the festival will showcase over 100 performances from 24 countries, featuring parades, an art market, and international forums. This event aims to establish Chuncheon as a leading hub for puppetry in Asia.
