The city of Yeoju in South Korea is holding a competition to select a 'Master of Cuisine' utilizing local agricultural products. This initiative, aimed at promoting regional food culture, selects individuals who have been offering dishes made from Yeoju's products for over five years and have their businesses based in Yeoju. The selected master will receive promotional support and participate in city-hosted events. Applications are open until May 16, with a cooking contest planned in June.
