Gyeonggi Province, along with the Gyeonggi Tourism Organization, is working to identify and promote long-standing local businesses, particularly restaurants, through the 'Gyeonggi Nopo' (old shop) project. This initiative highlights establishments that have been part of the community for over 20 years and exhibit a strong operational philosophy. Notable among these are:

3. **Idong Busan Galbi in Pocheon** - Renowned for its use of local Hanwoo beef, a rarity in the region now filled with imported beef.
