Wonju Hanji Theme Park presents its first exhibition of the year, 'The Story of Dakjongi Dolls Season 3 – Choi Ok-ja Invitational'. This exhibition runs until April 27, showcasing 43 Dakjongi (traditional Korean paper dolls) created by 29 artists, including Choi Ok-ja, the master craftsman from Gyeongju. Choi is known for using Dakjongi to create humorous and friendly expressions. Her signature piece 'Four Seasons' captivates visitors with its size of over 4 meters. Other works such as scenes titled 'Kimjang', 'Dokjangsu', and 'Jipson Harabeom' reflect bucolic Korean landscapes, offering visitors a glimpse into traditional life. The Hanji Culture Foundation hopes the exhibition brings peace and healing to attendees during stressful times.
