Lotte Hotel Seoul is hosting a special noodle corner featuring signature dishes by Chef Jung Ho-young at its buffet restaurant La Seine for one day only on November 11th. Guests can enjoy specialties like Kaden Signature Udon and Futo Maki. The On Udon features a dashi broth flavored with kombu and bonito flakes, while Bukkake Udon has a richer soy-based broth with tempura shrimp. The Futo Maki includes ingredients like salmon, rolled eggs, tempura shrimp, and avocado.
