Park Hyatt Seoul is celebrating its 20th anniversary by hosting a week-long authentic Japanese cuisine promotion led by acclaimed chef Yoshida Nobuhiro from Park Hyatt Tokyo. From April 25 to May 1, the event will feature lunch bento boxes and an eight-course "kaiseki" dinner, showcasing seasonal ingredients and exquisite flavors at The Timber House, a private space in the hotel. Highlights of the collaborative menu include sashimi assortments, sushi dishes, and unique desserts. On April 15, a special night event with live jazz performances will take place. This promotion marks the third collaboration between the chefs, focusing on traditional Japanese culinary arts infused with spring's essence.
