Today's House, a prominent South Korean home decor platform, has achieved its first annual profit ten years after its establishment. The company reported a revenue increase of 22.3% from the previous year, reaching 287.9 billion won (Korean currency), and turned its operating profits positive. Unlike many companies that cut costs by downsizing, Today's House invested in talent acquisition and expansion of logistics facilities. The growth was supported by the increased transaction value of both direct and intermediary sales, particularly in popular categories like furniture and home appliances. The interior construction service emerged as a new growth driver, doubling its transaction volume after introducing new services in 2023. The company's advertising revenue also contributed positively, and it plans to expand its market globally, particularly in Japan and the US. Today's House aims to diversify its business and maintain competitive advantage through continuous investments.
