K-fashion leader Musinsa reported a record first-half revenue of 821.7 billion KRW, up 22.5% year-on-year, driven by expanded offline stores and a surge in exports. Operating profit fell 11.2% to 52.3 billion KRW due to higher material, labor, shipping, and fee costs. In Q2 the company opened 12 new stores (10 domestic, 2 overseas); the Musinsa Megastore in Seongsu achieved about 10 billion KRW in sales within 68 days. Export value jumped more than ninefold to roughly 37.2 billion KRW in H1, and transactions on Musinsa Global Store across 13 regions rose over 143% year-on-year. Musinsa plans further domestic openings (including large beauty-only stores in Hongdae and Seongsu and combined SPA (manufacture-and-retail) brand and beauty stores in Jeju) and is expanding partnerships across Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines) to strengthen local operations.
