Known for its 64-layer pastry, this edition uses the rich-flavored native plums and a Korean plum concentrate. With a production cap of 430,000 units, this pie represents a seasonal specialty. Haitai plans to continue creating pastries that capture diverse seasonal flavors. Previous versions included fruits like mandarin and apple mango, contributing to an annual sales exceeding 15 billion KRW (approx. 11 million USD).
