CJ Foodville has opened a pilot store named 'Euljiro Tokki' in Seoul's Euljiro, designed as a space to implement and test employee ideas in response to rapidly-changing food and beverage trends. The first project at this test bed is 'Nuruk,' a dining concept inspired by Korea's traditional fermentation culture, focusing on healthy Korean cuisine such as 'Sotbap' rice dish sets and side dishes paired with traditional Korean alcohol. The project emerged from CJ Foodville's internal competition 'Miracle 50', aiming to encourage innovative employee ideas to potentially launch as full brands in the future.
