Mad for Garlic opened its Suwon Convention Center branch on the 28th, featuring a new “with Pet” concept that allows pets to enter and dine in a separate, air-purified pet zone. The 337㎡ restaurant has 43 tables (149 seats) and uses a European-inspired interior with stained glass and street-style design. The independent pet zone includes 8 tables (29 seats), requires proof of pet vaccinations, and offers three pet-only menu items (Dangdang Meatball, Salmon Cream Petstar, and Gye-tang with red ginseng). To celebrate the opening, the restaurant offers promotions such as a KRW 20,000 discount for reservations over KRW 80,000, free gorgonzola pizza coupons for first-time visitors, and other perks for reviewers and M CLUB members. Pet guests also receive a “care pet” kit with waste bags, wet wipes, and stickers. The brand plans to expand similar lifestyle-focused, specialized stores and services.
