Seoul Shilla Hotel will run a special Chuseok (Korean harvest festival) stay package from Sept. 24–26 featuring one-night accommodation, crossover gugak (Korean traditional music) concerts and a Chuseok dinner buffet. The 'Heritage Collection – Full Moon' program includes performances by band ‘Second Moon’ and notable gugak artists: vocalist O Dan-hae, pansori prodigy Yoo Tae-pyongyang, and KBS Gugak Award winner Kim Jun-su. The dinner buffet will highlight a Korean food corner with dishes like Yeosu octopus with minari, grilled galbi, abalone shrimp stew, and Korean-style desserts. Events take place in the hotel’s historic Yeongbingwan (state guesthouse) space, blending traditional architecture with modern ambience. The package aligns with a broader hotel trend to combine cultural content with stays to attract post-pandemic inbound tourists.
