Gangwon Launches Online Guide to Local Arts Spaces

Gangwon Cultural Foundation has released an online directory called 'Gangwon Arts Spaces (강원예술공간)', compiling information on 42 local cultural and arts venues including locations, contact details, and websites. The guide categorizes spaces by art type and region and also lists event schedules — focusing on 13 venues chosen for the 2026 Arts Space Activation Support Project. The foundation plans to continuously accept new space registrations to expand the directory. The initiative aims to connect residents with cultural venues and to discover and promote new arts spaces across the province.
