Lotte Department Store Hosts 'Lotte Art Week' in Myeongdong, Jamsil and Incheon

Lotte Department Store is holding 'Lotte Art Week' until next month 23 across its main, Jamsil and Incheon branches, showcasing works by leading Korean artists whose pieces are held in institutions like the Guggenheim and the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art. Featured artists include Shim Moon-seop, Kim Sang-yeol, Kwon Oh-sang and Kim Woo-jin. A special 'Face to Face' collaboration between Japanese art director Yoshida Yuni and Korean photographer Kim Young-joon marks the 60th anniversary of Korea-Japan diplomatic relations at the main store's 9th floor. The Lotte Department Store online mall will sell art-related goods in partnership with Print Bakery (an art brand) during the exhibition. Lotte calls it its largest showcase of major domestic and international artists of the year.
