hy has introduced 'Super100 Soygurt' in Plain and Blueberry varieties, adding two new items to its Super100 fermented dairy lineup, bringing the series to 10 products. Soygurt transforms familiar soy milk into a spoonable yogurt to meet growing interest in plant-based foods and light, health-focused eating. Using hy's patented probiotic HY2782 to ferment soy milk, the product raises aglycone isoflavone levels (isoflavones from soy with the sugar removed) to about three times that of regular soy milk. Both varieties meet Korea’s low-fat standards and use 120g cups—over 30% larger than previous 90g servings—so they can serve as a simple breakfast or meal substitute when paired with oatmeal or granola. Super100, hy’s flagship spoonable fermented brand launched in 1988, continues to diversify from dairy-based yogurts to plant-based options to attract consumers seeking non-dairy choices. Preorders start Aug 24 and delivery begins Sept 1 via hy’s online store (Predit) and offline Fresh Manager channels.
