Macau is celebrating Lunar New Year with traditional and modern festivities. Highlights include parades, cultural performances, and fireworks. Performers from Korea's Anseong city will showcase 'Anseong Baudeogi', a traditional Korean dance recognized as an intangible cultural heritage of Gyeonggi province. Events are taking place at various Macau locations, featuring a global array of performers. Firework displays will occur on select evenings until February 12th. Another festival, 'Light Up Macau', continues through February 28th.
