Foreign Ambassadors' Families Visit Everland's Tulip Festival

On March 29, families of ambassadors from 12 countries in South Korea visited Everland's Tulip Festival to experience Korean garden culture. Organized by Joan Mitchell Van der Fluit, wife of the Dutch ambassador, the group enjoyed spring flowers in the Four Seasons Garden and participated in garden-related activities like a docent tour and bonsai making. Over 150,000 visitors have attended the festival, which features 120 million spring blooms and collaborations with popular global characters. The visitors expressed hope that the unique charm of Korean gardens would gain worldwide recognition.
