Late Bloom for the Jeju Canola Festival

The 42nd Seogwipo Canola Festival is currently happening near the Jorangmal Experience Park in Jeju's Seogwipo City. However, this year the canola flowers around Noksan-ro road are blooming later than usual, so the usual sea of yellow flowers seen during the festival is not present.
