The Ewha Vocal Society, composed of graduates from Ewha Womans University's vocal department, will hold its 24th regular concert at Yeongsan Art Hall in Seoul on April 7. Featuring sopranos trained in Europe and the United States, the concert titled 'Melodies Flowing Through Poetry and Drama' includes famous arias from operas such as 'Semiramide' by Rossini, 'Carmen' by Bizet, and 'The Marriage of Figaro' by Mozart. On April 9, pianist Ho Yul Lee will also perform at the same venue, showcasing pieces like Haydn's Piano Sonata and Debussy's 'Printemps'. Lee graduated from prestigious music schools in Austria and Germany and has won several international competitions. Both events highlight talented Korean artists contributing to the cultural scene by performing globally and nurturing future musicians.
