Chef Min-goo Kang, who has been leading the renowned restaurant 'Festa by Min-goo' at Banyan Tree Club & Spa Seoul for over five years, will hold a farewell gala dinner on November 6th. The event will also introduce Chef Choong-hoo Lee as the new head of the restaurant. During his tenure, Chef Kang achieved notable recognition, placing the restaurant in the Michelin Selected list for three consecutive years. The restaurant will undergo renovations and reopen as 'Festa by Choong-hoo' from November 14th. This transition marks a new chapter for the esteemed dining establishment.
