The '2025 My Country Tourism Expo,' Korea's largest travel exposition, has commenced in Seoul's SETEC venue and will run until the 30th of this month. Hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism along with the Korea Tourism Association, this expo features 120 institutions and tourism businesses operating around 260 booths to promote the charms and travel information from across the country. The expo seeks to invigorate domestic tourism and regional development, and features performances, family-friendly activities, traditional brewing experiences, and academic discussions on tourism industry transformations with AI. The expo aims to provide deeper stories beyond mere site visits, highlighting unique regional foods and experiences.
