Dior's 'Christian Dior: Designer of Dreams' Exhibition in Seoul

The French luxury fashion house Dior will hold the 'Christian Dior: Designer of Dreams' exhibition from April 19 to July 13 at the iconic Dongdaemun Design Plaza (a famous cultural landmark in Seoul) in Seoul. This exhibition showcases over 75 years of creativity from the House of Dior, featuring immersive spaces curated by Florence Muller and designed by OMA's Shohei Shigematsu. Visitors can explore Dior's history from the groundbreaking 'New Look' to modern reinterpretations and themes cherished by Dior, such as Christian Dior's love for flowers and gardens and exceptional craftsmanship. Korean artists, including Kim Hyun-joo and Soo Sunny Park, contribute their unique interpretations to the exhibition. A special section is dedicated to Lady Dior, featuring the Dior Lady Art project and works that strengthen ties between Dior and Korea. The exhibition highlights Dior's legacy in perfumes with items related to famous fragrances and iconic dresses worn by Rihanna and Natalie Portman.
